If they are not taking walk ins and you have to make an appointment it tells you to go to the website it’s not user friendly at all.

Terrible experience, poor customer service, ineffective communication and not results oriented are the themes that come to mind at this location. I was argued with for 10 minutes instead of being provided with a reasonable solution. I will never come back to this location again

DO NOT EVER GO HERE OR LET SOMEONE YOU KNOW go here!!! I was completely undiagnosed and told it was “viral” when in fact I had tonsillitis. Before I went in, this place, my tonsils were already visibly swollen. I trusted that the NP would have looked at that. She didn’t not even act like she cared in the slightest!!! No follow up instructions, just sent me on my way. A week later, I am still sick because this minute clinic specifically nurse Ashby Thornley, has no interest in getting patients well. Don’t waste your money and time getting better!! I ended up in urgent care where they were also appalled at this minute clinic and the lack of training/caring by Ms. Thornley. Please pass along this information along. There should not be negligence when it comes to a paying patients health.

Let's be real here, this is not a high end clinic and it is what it is. That being said, if you have the right expectations, you will have a good experience. I did sign up online but didn't see the doctor until 45 minutes past the appointment time. That is something she did apologize for and let me know they have to accept patients who come in before your appointment if there is no one already checked in. Once I was in the room with her, she was very good about assessing my issues. I was expecting to be put on antibiotics for sinuses but she found my ear was just really clogged with wax and cleaned it out for me. It was all that was needed. What I liked best was how kind and caring she was with me, and I left feeling 100000x better. Also after insurance I did not have to pay much out of pocket!

Very disorganized. I showed up at 7:50am to make sure that I would be first to sign up for the first appointment at 8:30am. The nurse didn’t start clinic until 8:45am. I explained to her that it was very important that I get my TB test read prior to 9am. She then skipped me for a patient that signed in after me. Nurse then took an hour to see that patient. Unfortunately this caused me to miss the deadline on by TB test reading. I now have to set up two more medical apts.
