Understood this is not an “emergency room”. Granted that, Would like to see staff generate at least a tiny bit of urgency for patients who are in great pain. My nine-year-old fractured his wrist. Poor guy. ( (Hover boards, dangerous. Do not attempt. I do not recommend anybody of any age race or color to try one of these things) which is the reason for our visit. Visually being the only patient in the main waiting area/lobby waiting over 45 minutes concluded to a walkout.

My daughter and I was treated so well today. Danielle,Will, and Reginald Malone deserves an outstanding award for making our visit today.perfect. I wish everyone that work with sick people or just people in general could have great bedside manners the way this team showed to me and my daughter. They treated you with a smile they laughed with you and just made you feel like you matter Piedmont Urgent Care you have the best team ever I wish I could rate them with 100 stars they will definitely have my vote. Came to test for covid,i was waiting 4 hrs when i arrived at about 10am i was told i would be seen at the 11 o clock hour, they had me sit in my car and wait, when they asked if i was cash patient or insurance, they quickly proceeded to charge my cash,They called me to come inside and pay after I paid the lady told me to go back to my car and wait, waited another two hours so I called and asked if there was room ready for me and they told me yes...that they would call me right back so I can walk inside,Another 30 minutes go by and no call,So I called back and the gentleman who answered the phone was extremely rude,he didn't even say \thank you for calling Piedmont urgent care\anymore,it became a simple \hello\ as if he was answering a personal call,So he made it seem as if it was an issue that I was calling back, he really needs to be trained better for customer service especially to cash patients who choose to bring their money to the establishment,Clearly that's how you get a paycheck, that's how you get paid sir.And he also stated that I had went out to my car and left,correction.....I was told after I paid to go back into my car and wait I never left I did as I was told they need to have better communication with their coworkers, once again... after four hours I had to wait to be seen.. very unhappy!please train your employees. I would think the wait time wasn't even the issue anymore, it was a terrible customer service experience and their careless effort.

Staff were quick, efficient, and so sweet to my nephew (who was a little overwhelmed by nerves while getting his COVID test). They were also wonderful about helping me find my information when it turned out I had an outdated insurance card with me. Appreciate them a lot!

My daughter and I had a pleasant experience. The team accepted both of us as walk-in patients. They were kind and quick to respond to our needs. The wait time was minimal and the service time was quick. They treated my daughter with care and kept her engaged. Danielle was our nurse and I would recommend her for her excellent customer service.
