Austex was great! Super professional, super knowledgeable, super prepared for the quote: they seemed to almost answer my questions before I could even ask them! They had pictures for reference and ideas, and could explain and demo all the options. They were as quiet as could be considering, efficient, organized and did no damage. The fence took 1.5 days for my small yard, it looks amazing, and they hauled away. It's beautiful.

Such a disappointing time with Austex Fence & Deck. They've done all the fences around our neighborhood (& the finished deck does look great). But, all around the communication was so poor. When we originally got the quote, we were so excited and thought this would be such an easy and fun process. We were lied to on multiple occasions from being told that materials were in to having our start date pushed out to 3 separate dates. On the third time, after we've received verbal & written communication that our materials were ready and the start date would be the following Monday morning, we received an email that our materials weren't in & it would be pushed out an additional 2 weeks (at this point, we're already 2 weeks behind the promised start time). After some back and forth, we had the small deck built by the end of that week - but, not without more issues. Our yard was completely demolished - to the point that we have to re-landscape entirely. When discussing this with our contractor, we were met with absolutely no remorse or any solutions for the problems it has now caused. As great as the deck looks, I would not use Austex Fence & Deck again. Very disappointing.
Had Austex come out to give me an estimate for replacing a fence and 2 gates. It's been over 2 weeks and not only did no one ever get back to me the scheduler emailed asking if I was satisfied with the service , I told her I never received a quote and never heard from her again either. Not good business practices!
Austex Fence and Deck was by far the best choice I made. I went through Home Depot, but Austex made it a very easy process. They advised me that it would be roughly a 10 day process, but it was far quicker than that. The guys showed up early and began the tear down. They were careful not to damage my property at all. They hauled away the old fence and set the posts. They arrived early the next day and finished the job. As you can see from the before and after pictures, they did a terrific job. I highly recommend using Austex when you need fence work done. The job was done very well and the price was reasonable. Whether you go through them directly or contract them through Home Depot, it will be a good decision. A
