Dont park here! They are burglars! They announce one price outside, another one inside, and finally they charge whatever they like ( 10 dollars for 10 minutes). Absolutely unreliable!!!!!

I entered, saw the prices, and got a ticket. I parked there for 13 minutes, and upon returning my ticket, I was charged 20 to leave. The prices started at 3 for 20 minutes, so how in the world did 13 minutes translate into 20? If the weekend prices are different that's fine but they should let people know.
I'm not 100% sure what this page is for but I hate parking downtown.
