Horrible online courses, horrible customer service. Try another reputable company. You will never reach a rep by phone, chat will take more than 30 minutes. This company offers sorry online courses that are timed and not self paced. This course is boring and outdated. Read the reviews on Better Business Bureaus website first.They will refuse a refund and keep your money while delivering a substandard product.

I completed a course and NONE of my work was saved. I was told instead of selecting \EXIT\ I needed to select the \HEART\ to save my spot. I went back and redid the course AGAIN. I selected the heart and then exit the course. I went back in the third time and NONE of my work was saved. They will not give me a refund and I found another company to go through. Terrible program and waste of money. I wouldn't even say they are 1 star.

the worst experience. DO NOT USE THEM. Not a matter of if, you WILL want to punch in your computer screen when doing one if their courses. they’re are no words to describe how terrible this is. I wish there is a negative star rating I could give...1 star is far too generous for an organization as horrendous as this one.

They never show me that my course will expire in 6 months, they just told me that my course will be available for 1 year.. I lost the money with them!. I spent 30 hours studying to get osha 30, and I had completed just 40% of my course... So... If you want to study to get osha 30 with 360 training you will need almost 90 hours in front on your computer!... I don't recomend this school anymore, they didn't return any dollar!....

I wish I read the reviews before it’s true poor quality courses very very bad customer service I had to pay twice for my card because they didn’t put correct my address. The course is really bad they repeat and repeat the same information old information and videos my computer got a virus so I had to do it on my phone and the I couldn’t read all the information so if you want to really learn go somewhere else they don’t care about the us
