I received services from A-Pro on a new home in San Antonio, which I believed they weren’t going to find anything on that new home, but the attention to detail on their inspections, helped us find many little things that needed to be fixed by the builders prior to closing. They were extremely professional and respectful. Our final inspection was given to us the first 24 hours, which after reviewing the inspection, it came very thorough and we appreciate that. The inspection came with many drawings, pictures, recommendations and lots of good explanations about the little problems found in our home. To end this, I really recommend this company for any future home buyers or even for people that want any of their services for any future projects. Two thumbs up for A-Pro; I will definitely be calling them again for my 11 month inspection, prior to my home warranty expiration. Thanks again.

I contacted A-Pro via their online request form. Jay responded via email very quickly to my inquiry. I needed a phase inspection for a new construction and was provided a quote that was on par with other home inspection companies I contacted. On inspection day - Jay arrived 10 minutes late. I called him 8 minutes after the scheduled appointment. He did not pick up, so I left a voicemail. He also did not inform me he was running late. Upon arrival, about two minutes later, he did not apologize nor acknowledge he was late. The inspection itself seemed somewhat thorough. He wasn’t really communicating every little thing he was checking. But did communicate issues he was jotting down. After the inspection, I had several questions but he stated he was in a rush to get to his next appointment. Jay has a lot of positive reviews on here, but in my opinion, my experience was somewhat night and day compared to others.
Josh was great. Very professional and thorough. We trust his findings and are confident the home is in very good condition and that we can move forward with the purchase.
Jay came out last minute , literally the next day to accommodate me and do this last minute inspection as the builders were moving in to the next phase. Things that were overlooked by the builder he caught and I’m glad he did , I have that piece of mind , thanks so much !
