Tried, calling, texting and emailing to get ahold of someone but nobody responds! My daughter passed her permit test 3 weeks ago and we have been waiting for the documents to take to the DMV. Our appointment is today that took 3 weeks to make and still nothing. My daughter will have to retake it for a fee at the DMV because no one will answer and give me the necessary documents. BEWARE of this company! It's a total scam!! There are much better companies out there that stand behind their services!!

BEWARE - YOU ARE SIGNING UP FOR ALLSTATE ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE MEMBERSHIP and they will charge your credit card for the membership every month. They tell you that you can cancel at any time, but you cannot just cancel online. You have to go through a verification process through your email. But not your email, your child's email... I've tried to contact them several times because my son couldn't remember his email login and have waited on he an excess of 2-3 hours. I just signed my other child up for cypress driving school online for less money and no sneaky membership charges.

I tried to call them I stayed 2 hours and 30 minutes and they still feel didn’t answer. And they keep on taking 5 dollars every month for no reason. And I didn’t get my parent taught packet and it’s been 3 months.

I have been calling the help center for almost 40 minutes now!! It was supposed to open at 8:00 I haven’t had any type of response! Also they said my certificate would be emailed in 24 hours....it’s been 3 days!! If you need to get something in a hurry 10/10 do not recommend!!
