This store advertises it fixes ALL makes and models of vacuum cleaners. Not true! I traveled 40 minutes each way to take in and then retrieve my Kirby vacuum to be told it was too complicated to fix it. They said “you should have found a Kirby store”. Pity they couldn’t have told me this when I first phoned to ask about their skills and service!!! What a royal waste of my time. Before you visit this store triple check they really can cope with your vacuum repair needs.
