I have been coming to Aesthetica Med Spa for all of my skin care needs for well over a decade. I am so grateful that I got into top quality skin care at such a young age, I really feel like it has stopped the hands of time! Or slowed them down at least. They have the best selection of skin care products hands down. Dr Sneed, the Medical Director, has also been my primary doctor for a really long time. He's really great at listening to his patients and delivering what they want. He's never in a rush and does an excellent job at training his entire staff. I believe this was the first Med Spa in Austin. All the ladies at Aesthetica are really helpful and down to earth. I recently had an X-rated facial with Emily and it was incredible! I highly recommend it. She has an awesome touch and my skin has been glowing ever since. I get a lot of compliments, even behind my mask!

Unfortunately Emily not only bullied me into more than my max units of botox that I've been happily getting for over 15 years, but the placement was so bad and the dose was so high that I look worse than before the visit. I dropped in all the wrong places. We went back and forth for over 20 minutes during the consultation, where she repeated that she wanted what I wanted, but then told me she would have o idea\ how to spread out such a small amount. 40 units was my norm and she put 50 into the places I didn't ask for (like the top of my cheeks instead of around my eyes) and flat out refused to put the treatment where I always get it (lateral lift just above eyebrows). I had successfully been treated by Christine many times before, who is no longer with the spa. Somehow my records \disappeared\ and the records Emily could find, with numbers and codes on them... Emily pushed in front of my face as if to tell me they were illegible. Overall RUDE treatment, pressure to sell more product, and bad product placement. I don't care what kind of deals this spa offers... Never again!
