This was an absolute transformational experience for me. I had a huge nail biting problem and going to Airo Hypnosis was the remedy that I needed. From the moment I stepped into the office, I felt at ease and comfortable. Tara was very professional and accommodating. The session, which lasted approximately 30 minutes, was very relaxing. I had my session almost a week ago and I haven't had any urge to bite my nails at all! Coming from someone who constantly bit his nails, this is no small feat. I am very satisfied with my experience.
