I was referred by an emergency room and made an appointment. They day before they called to confirm my appointment, some doctors let you be billed and others don’t understandable, but most tell you upon confirmation of the appointment. I wasn’t told anything and wasn’t prepared for payment till I got there and even then after I started filling out paperwork. If this is how they communicate for Billing, something that is in their interés, I don’t want to imagine how they communicate towards their patients. What a waste of time.

Dr. Aleman is a very gentle, kind doctor. I was discharged from a HORRIBLE so-called \skilled nursing\ facility with a urinary catheter still in place, including the bag! I saw her the next day and she removed the catheter painlessly. She also diagnosed a UTI and another infection that I had contracted during my stay in that evil place, due to improper care. She is so sweet that I can't say enough about how confortable -- and relieved --she made me feel.

I feel very comfortable around Dr. Alemen. She is very thorough and knowledgeable and gentle during exams and covers all bases. I first saw her in 2008 for kidney stones and am seeing her again. I get really concerned when I have urological problems as most men would and know I can trust her.

Dr Aleman was very nice and helpful but her secretary is not only unhelpful but seemed to go out of her way to make it more difficult then needed to be. Only untill after first visit, several tests and a month of waiting did she inform me that they refused to take my Blue Cross insurance even with the referral that she initially said I needed for further treatments. Thus making me start the process over after months of waiting. No medical treatment giving. Very dissatisfied

Dr. Aleman is 6*. She is warm, knowledgeable, proficient, and concise. Her work was gentle and top notch. The front desk staff gets 2*, but it’s worth working with them to get to the good doctor.
