I am amazed at the deterioration in amazon products and services. The driver's that deliver do not follow instructions. They keep leaving packages in front of the apartment even after informing them to deliver to the office. I call the logistics and the call goes to India. There they say my billing address is not right. I am on the web at the same time and everything is correct here. I have marked 3 deliveries as being delivered wrongly and nothing changes. Call for help they say they will transfer me to another area !!! Again everything starts.... Very frustrating experience. I believe Amazon's days are over and company will start to lose valuation soon if this is not rectified.

Amazon in general gets five stars from me. I do 85% off my purchasing through them. I don't know where else to report this, but their Amazon card promotional services are broken. I tried their \zero percent interest for 12 months\ and could no longer use autopay, because it kept trying to pay off the entire promotional balance instead of just what was due that month. So, I had to call in my payment each month manually, which was bothersome enough, but then the rep on the phones couldn't get the amount right. They charged me 250 too much, then a week later they got their information wrong and ended up charging me again. I blew off the promo and went back to autopay. Just needed to let folks know to be careful. Amazon promotional offers have kinks that have yet to be worked out as of July of 2020.
