Beware of trying to rent here. Upon walking in my girlfriend and I spoke to Hayley about renting a apartment here viewed two and ended up asking if she could email us the total deposit and prorated rent. We never received anything and had to spot by again to ask which she said she could waive the deposit and admin fees. She then directed us to apply online. When trying to is still showed the full amount for the deposit and admin fee. Then it wouldn’t let me fill out my information so I had to fill out a paper application emailed to me. After filling it out they processed my application and ran my credit the first time. Hayley then said something came up with my social security number so they needed my card to verify which is totally understandable. The next day they RAN my credit again after they had already done so. I then get told by Michael that Hayley had input my social wrong so they needed to process it again. When a simple call to verify this important information and not put useless inquiry’s on people’s credit. I would stay away from Amli 5350 and rent someone where they put their residents and future residents first.

I have a friend who lives there. It seems like an amazing place. The only star less is because of high rent. I think they can do better with the rent.
Do you guys accept 19 year olds? I live really close but looking to move out on my own. Are ya'll flexible?
The property management and leasing team at Amli 5350 make this apartment complex stand out amongst the competition. They genuinely care about their tenants and their ongoing needs and try to address those needs head on. I always felt like they really listened to me and offered a response within 24 hours. Also the maintenance staff is beyond stellar. If you have problems with your unit those problems will be addressed seriously in a timely fashion by a friendly and caring maintenance crew. As another perk, location is great and I've enjoyed knowing the other tenants in the building. Thank you Amli 5350 staff for all your dedication, professionalism and hard work.
I lived at the AMLI for one year and never had any issues. The main office staff is friendly and helpful and maintenance is quick. Upon move out however, I did owe over 200 due to the carpet needing to be replaced although it was not new when I moved in. Just FYI you may owe money upon move out and not get deposit back. This is the first experience I have owed money moving out of an apartment.
