Unfortunately I can't recommend using this company if you have a somewhat smaller project. I hired them to knock down a wall in my new place, as well as install some lighting where it didn't exist. The work itself was fine once it was completed, but getting it completed was a pain. - I was told electricians would not be installing lighting, and I just needed to mark where the canned lights would go. I came to find out the electricians installed the lights, and they were the wrong lights all together. I had specified the electricians couldn't stay past 8 due to neighborhood rules, and they stayed past 11. - More than one occasion they showed up more than 30 minutes late - I had sent the contractors the tile I wanted to use, and we had discussed them picking it up. It wasn't until the day of that the tilers asked me if I had the tile. The tile was no longer available and I had to scramble and choose another one. - I was told drywall and paint would occur on a specific date. I called to ask where they were when they were over 30 minutes late, just to find out it had been rescheduled, without me being notified. I did tell the owner all this, and they assured me they would improve their process, but wanted to share my experience with others.

We had a project we wanted done for our kitchen where we needed our cook-top replaced with a slide in range and some new ventilation. We knew it was going to be difficult and expensive and were ready to move forward with someone. The guy who came to our house looked at it and said it wasn't possible and then made up some lame excuse about not having his glasses and left. A week later we had another business come out to look it over and they made it happen, and, it was relatively inexpensive. It's a shame because we wanted to keep it local and close to our neighborhood.

I have had Anything Around the House come out on several occasions to do minor handyman work. Servando and his crew are very polite, capable and professional service people. They arrived on time every time they have been to my house. Yesterday, Tony installed a ceiling fan and encountered some difficulty. I was charged the estimated price and no extra for his extra time. I highly recommend Anything Around the House !

I recently had my hot water heater replaced by Anything Around the House. They did a quality job, cleaned up after theirselves, and most importantly installed the hot water heater without any issues. I recommend them.
