Patrick was extremely professional and friendly. He took the time to explain the issue to us and fixed it on the spot (even carried the part!). Highly recommend.

Had a stove burner short circuit on us suddenly and almost cause a fire. Called Patrick the same day, he came the next day to check it out and again a few days later to fix it. I had called a few others, but Patrick offered the quickest response and the most reasonable price. He was also very professional and gave me solid tips on preventing such issues in the future. I would absolutely recommend him for a variety of appliance repair needs and will be certain to give him a call the next time an appliance is on the fritz.

Patrick has helped us half a dozen times with various appliances. He's quick, reliable, repairs everything effectively and his quote is always very reasonable. And he's a really nice guy. He's helped us with multiple brands, and will let you know up front (over the phone, before he comes out) if it's not a brand he can repair.

Amazing! Patrick has helped us out with more than 10 properties we manage, and he keeps surprising us. He's polite and very professional. If you're looking for someone that will take real care of your appliance, this is the guy you're looking for.

We made the mistake of running a self-clean cycle on a 12 year old Kitchen Aid oven. The cycle didn't complete, but it ended up burning out the thermal fuse and rendering the oven inoperable. In other words, it wouldn't heat. Started researching for oven repair in Austin and found Apple Appliance Repair a locally owned company by Patrick Mohyde. I contacted Patrick on a Monday afternoon and he was able to schedule me for early afternoon on a Wednesday. Patrick was extremely knowledgeable and was able to diagnose the problem quickly and efficiently. Price was very reasonable and I definitely will call Apple Appliance next time I break another home appliance.
