I've purchased several apps through AppSumo and probably would have never even know of many of them so I see it as a great discovery platform. I don't expect every deal to be perfect but when the price is as attractive as it usually is, it's worth the cost to experiment. Their support is really good too. Even for overseas clients where the time differences are really vast. I've also recommended them and many apps they've had on their system to many friends and colleagues, usually ending up in them getting even more hooked than I am. Well done on your whole program. And now I think I may have to jump on the bandwagon and promote my business #localseo services through them.

Absolutely love this company. YouTube videos and tutorials are so helpful. I honestly kinda geeked out as a was looking at google maps and saw them right here. I wasn’t planning on writing this review, but sense I was in the area, and I use their products, I had to.

Very disappointed. Long-term client with 100 deals bought. My business account was set \inactive\ for no apparent reason - bug? accident? - I don't know, Support does not know and the person who \does know\ does not respond. Now it goes into day 3 that I have not heard back after writing in several times. On chat they are apologetic and acknowledge the issue but hey - what is going on letting a customer in the dark what is even happening and without any credible timeline? \Shortly\ did not happen either - after 2 full business day. I cannot access anything I bought and have to consider PayPal buyer protection. I mean I am sure that this is a glitch and these things can surely happen, but not resolving it is what I am disappointed about.
