I surprised that waiting time was minimum, less than I have ever had in different clinics. Staff was nice, except front desk. But it isn't a big deal. ultrasound technician was working very fast. It is very important, when the patient is little child and can’t hold still for long time.

Our sonographer was Chris, at least that what it looks like on the paper. He was very gentle with my preemie. He had a warm sheet for her and towels for me to clean her afterwards. They also have a “shushing” machine which works on my little one. It helped that they asked me to bring her fasting x 3 hours which was difficult for her, but it helped make for a quick yet thorough sonogram because she was pretty still while feeding. It is unfortunate to be concerned that something is wrong with my baby, but people like Chris make it less stressful.

We had a horrible experience here staff was very rude!! We felt very unwelcome and uncomfortable and the man who did the ultrasound was very impatient with my toddler and got annoyed with her screaming cuz she was scared!! A child diagnostic center should make children feel safe!!!! The supervisor Jodie Smith was no help at all!! Told me she's a single mother and her husband is in Iraq....ok! Well honestly I don't give a flying F!!!! That doesn't give her a right to allow her staff to traumatize my toddler because they lack the knowledge of how to approach a toddler and make them feel comfortable!! Doubt she has ever had to lay in bed at night wondering if her baby has cancer or not!!!!
