They went above and beyond to find a last minute spot for me, since I needed this imaging completed before surgery. Everyone was kind and efficient. The entire process was quick and easy. A special thanks to everyone who made my appointment possible. Additionally, Lauren, was also an angel- she verbally walked me through the entire process, which in turn gave me peace of mind and allowed me to relax. Thank you ARA for a great experience, I would highly recommend them for any and all of your imaging needs.

Picture is of waiting area for mammogram screening room looks terrible, then the lady checking my mom in takes her to a room while I wait in waiting room she tells me you are Mrs and I said no u took her to a room she said oh yeah not even 10 minutes she tells a lady bring people to the waiting room I have no I deal where this lady is and to my surprise I to my mom name I hear she says I think k she left I'm like excuse me who did u say she says my mom's name lol Ong again we just cleared this up. I told the other lady she just took her to get mammogram done don't u remember she says oh ok yeah very unorganized here.

I went in for a HSG test on 02/09/21. The entire staff was very helpful! From making the appointment to insurance and billing questions and procedures questions my experience was amazing! When walking in the receptionist were very nice and funny. The waiting area was clean. The technician was professional and informative and made me very comfortable. The entire process from checking in and out was 10 minutes.

Excellent experience. Staff friendly and competent. Equipment appeared of high quality and well maintained. Check-in was professional and welcoming. Second experience with ARA at two different facilities, both excellent. Information provided as to procedure and expected duration was clear, transparent, and accurate with a personal, caring atmosphere. Didn't expect the visit to be fun but way better than expected. Highly recommended. While they had no way of knowing and I never let on, I happen to be an MD and they treated me with the respect and caring due any patient undergoing a stressful test that could uncover a potentially life threatening diagnosis. They know and act accordingly. They're good, they know they're good, and they're in your corner. What more could you ask for?

Efficient, clean, sanitized, helpful, friendly - all describe what I found at ARA today when I went in for my mammogram & bone density today. Bonus - they have the best robes ever!!! They sent my bone density results immediately to my Dr, because the Dr called shortly after I got home. The technicians were both great & the mammogram caused very little discomfort. I highly recommend going here for imaging.
