Dear business owners, I own and operate a hookah lounge myself and these two girls are bringing your business down, they have a horrible attitude and they’re not welcoming. If there was a way to give a zero star I would have done so. Advise: teach them how to do the job right, and not give customers an attitude, over 200 people are moving to Austin on the daily. And hookah lounges are a targeted place for visitors especially from the Middle East. Your employees should learn how to make their customers feel more welcoming and on another note, keep the mask on when talking to customers. Expect an owners reply. Thanks

Great hookah lounge. Chill and great vibe. Every time I’ve gone receive friendly service.
Service was good. Atmosphere was relaxing. It was a great place to hide away for a couple hours.
