I build some of the nicest homes in Austin. I noticed 3 star average review for AT&S and felt the need to weigh in. This is the stone fabricator that does all of the finest homes in Austin, for every top contractor. They can handle the most complex installations and their service, attention to detail, shop drawings and layout is all required for high-end work. Their showroom, warehouse and fabrication shop knows no equal in town. Their average length of employment is also well beyond any of their competition because they treat their employees well and they provide them with the most interesting work available in town. The've been a family owned and operated business for decades. Oh... and they source the world's best material through longstanding relationships around the world. They might not always be the least expensive bid, but if you'd prefer to do the work once and have it be perfect, they're a great option to consider. The photo I've included is from a job I did while working with Crowell Builders (who are also phenomenal). The complexity of this shower cannot be overstated and they nailed it.

Architectural Tile and Stone has been doing all of my countertop installs for over a decade now- tops in the business and tops in Austin! Great selection, great customer service, great follow up, wonderful staff- always go above and beyond. Fabulous tile selection too- I highly recommend them!

Just a shout out to let everyone know that I received exteremely courteous assistance from the lobby staff as a Walk-in; despite previous reviews that are 6 mos. to a year old. I was able to browse the showroom in peace and take pictures of the tile designs that excited my imagination. Staff were readily available if and when you have a question. The young lady was more than willing to walk me through and browse their on-site slab selections. She was knowledgeable and if she did not know an answer she quickly sought answers from staff on-site. Like their website states, it is highly recommended to make an appointment if you want details regarding specific projects you may have in mind.

Excellent fabricators and our installation was perfect. Staff is very knowledgeable. An added bonus is that several have degrees in design so can help with color, textures, installation ideas and the like. Have no idea why there would be any 1 star reviews.
