Been in the commercial construction industry for 20 years and have never had as bad of an experience with a vendor such as this. Had a bad customer experience the first time, gave them another shot, failed miserably the second. A purposeful misdirection of information and general disregard for the customer was experienced. The gentleman that works the counter tarnishes the reputation of vendors in the facilities services industry. I'm excited to send my business to other providers in ATX and advise others to do so also.

The team at ATEX have a great selection of cleaning equipment and chemicals...Their mechanic is very good and does the best he can to get units fixed quickly.
I purchased some VCT supplies here, the guy working the front recommended some mop heads for applying wax as I had never used their brands before. They were not finishing mop heads and caused me a pain having to fix the first coat of wax. When I called to give feedback the guy was unapologetic and had horrible customer service. I've spoken to the owner before and haven't had a bad experience with him, and I'm sure they do well with carpets resotoration but I won't be coming here for VCT supplies. The stripper they sold me(only carry one brand) also isn't very good, it does the job but it pools up and drys poorly
We had a major mold epidemic on our belongings, clothes, books, records, etc. Chad was very helpful and knowledgeable and everything he recommended worked on the first try.
