Terry has always been great to work with! When my office decided to upgrade our copier, he answered all our MANY questions quickly and provided sample prints to help make a decision on what copier would work best for our business. Would highly recommend Terry and Austin Technology Group!

I recently contacted Terry at Austin Technology Group about a copier for my small business. He replied promptly and came out to my location to discuss options. Although the exact options that I wanted weren't available (because they don't currently exist), Terry came up with a reasonable alternative to what I was looking for. His pricing and contract were clear and easy to understand. Initial contact to meeting to copier installation was quickly completed within about a week. After installation, Terry has been quick to respond to emailed questions. Highly recommend.

Our office has been doing business with Terry for over 3 years now. They make choosing a printer extremely easy. He gave us a lot of options for our office needs. Along with their products, their customer service is impeccable. They're easy to reach, they'll come out the same day, and help with any troubleshooting that we may have. I had contacted Terry Bogner about our old copier to see if he could help us set it up to print / scan. Found out that we could not get the driver. I kept his information and not long after that phone call we got the go ahead to get a new one. I am so glad I kept his information. I contacted him via email and he was so quick to respond. All I did was tell him what I needed the copier to do and I received three quotes within the same day. The process was so easy and flawless. Terry is awesome! So was the rest of his staff. Rick Buckner who came to set it up was very knowledgeable and friendly. He worked with our staff to make sure we knew exactly how to work our new copier. I highly recommend Austin Technology Group!
