Upon contact they were quick to reply and set up an appointment for dropping CAT5 lines. They did some research ahead of time and talked through their plan in detail how they would go about the task. They did an excellent job and provided knowledge about wiring that I did not know before hand. I am definitely using ATX Smart Homes for additional CAT5 lines in the future and possibly other services, and highly recommend them.

Acquired on home advisor about help moving my mounted television. My boyfriend and I were moving apartments within our same complex and needed help removing and remounting. Jeff reached back out to us within the day and was very reasonable in the offer he put in front of us. He was also very accommodating to our moving schedule. On the day of, Jeff called to update us on eta and was very nice and polite throughout the process. He got every set up reasonably quickly and it looks great. We highly recommend the team for any help in mounting your television. We’re sure they’re great at their other offerings as well. Thanks again!

We had WiFi extenders previously installed and were having some connectivity issues with the internet and other devices like our thermostat and TV. Eric is very knowledgeable and was able to quickly identify the cause of the problems and expertly resolve them. Definitely recommend for any home networking needs!

We hired ATX for large project, most on here were small. They were to convert the house to a smart house 100 plus light switches, router, ring cameras etc. Everything was to run through control4. Well the Nest, they could never get to work, nor the Ecobee. So Ac we have to use separate app. They still haven't replaced 6 switches in the house. The router was finally removed by spectrum and replaced with their router, after 9 trips out by spectrum and ATX saying, it was Spectrums fault. The fans on the patio, still don't work via the switch or app. Twice when asking for update, I was told sorry forgot to get with scheduling. ATX has yet respond to refunding me monies, for work not completed. Totally incompetent for a large job. Probably good at hanging a TV up.

We are so happy we went with ATX Smart Homes to install our outdoor Sonance speakers to hook up to our indoor Sonos system! We got quotes from 3 different companies, including Best Buy Magnolia where we bought the products originally. For various reasons I felt August at ATX Smart Homes was most comfortable / knowledgable about the product and the project. The project was unusually complex - given the way our attic and roofline is set up, but the team got creative and got the project done with no issues - and the sound quality is fantastic! While Jeff and August were here doing the original install, we talked about some cable management problems we can't figure out ourselves. August had some great ideas on how to solve for our challenges and we already booked them to come out for the second project! We like all the latest smart home technology, but sometimes they can be complicated to set up if you have unique challenges in your home. I'm SO happy we found and went with ATX Smart Homes. We will use them for any project like this in the future and will absolutely recommend them to others!
