We had Ivan as out locator i definitely recommend him he heard our situation first and made the impossible possible for us he got right on the phone made phone calls then boom he found someone quick who can work with us now we have a 3 bedroom and we are happy thanks Ivan plus he speaks spanish and English which was very helpful for us thanks ( highly recommend

Trina Hill is a lifesaver. She listened to my concerns and price range. She drove me to the apartment, since I am a pedestrian. Once I saw the floorplan, I fell in love and signed the application. Today I got approved, and tomorrow I will be signing the lease paperwork. She kept in touch with me throughout the process, and followed up with the apartment when I didn't hear anything. Her phone call prompted the manager to call me and inform me of the approval. She made a stressful process easy and joyful. My new place is bigger, better amenities, and closer to my job. I'll recommend Trina to anyone and everyone searching for an apartment. I am so relieved to have this part over with, and now I can focus on moving to my new home.
