Sunil....This guy....He really doesn't know how to talk to people. I am normally an easy going guy but he pushed every button I had. Apparently I'm not the only one with a bad experience. Ask my wife, I don't get upset easily. It was almost like he was focused on proving he was better than me instead of listening to my situation. If you are looking to buy a business, save time and go elsewhere. I wish my situation involved real state so I could have filed a report with the texas real estate commission. I truly hope this guy fails so he doesn't screw up anyones dream of being a small business owner. ZERO STARS!
Wish I could zero stars. This guy is rude and aggressive. The entire conversation was unprofessional. Avoid this guy like the plague. Edit: Real review. Real experience with this guy. Competitor?! We aren't even in the same business. Deal with the review instead of trying to claim it is \fake\.
