I booked a bus with Austin Charter Services at the beginning of July this year for transportation to Lake Travis. When booked, COVID-19 regulations allowed for us to have a larger group on our boat and on the bus. After TX began to shut back down, we were forced to cancel the boat and therefore did not have a need for the bus anymore. When speaking with Abdul, he was VERY understanding and instead of charging me the normal cancelation fee of 200, he just charged the 45 admin fee. He was super helpful throughout the rest of the process as well. I will definitely book with ACS whenever we need a charter!

We contracted with Austin Charter Services for our daughter's wedding on February 10, 2018. Abdul worked with us to coordinate buses for picking up wedding guests at 2 different hotels in Marble Falls/Horseshoe Bay and transporting them to the Spicewood Vineyards wedding venue Travis and Taylor had chosen. We then had buses return the wedding party as well as all guests to hotels at the end of the night! Every driver called me when they arrived at the bus pick up location at each hotel, professionally went into the hotel to tell them they had arrived and where they were parked, and waited patiently for passengers running a few minutes late.....still arriving on time for the wedding! At the end of the night - the bride and groom walked under the sparklers and on to the bus with their wedding party....to continue the fun back at the hotel! Austin Charter Services helped us meet our goal of making sure the wedding party and all wedding guests had a safe trip both to and from our event!
Austin Charter Services are going to be my go to from now on. They were super easy to work with and when I had to cancel our trip last minute they refunded us the entire amount even though it said in their contract I was past that time. Abdul is great and the whole team and Austin Charter Services are great.
My non-profit used Austin Charter Services for 6 different bus trips over two days during a conference we ran in Austin in January. Abdul was wonderful to work with and incredibly responsive. There were a lot of details to manage with so many different trips to various locations across the city, and it all worked out seamlessly. I found them to be the most affordable option in Austin, but that didn't come at the expense of quality. Highly recommend!
The Ultimate Customer Service Story We chartered a bus and coach for our daughter's wedding in Austin on March 30th. As the Father of the Bride I was shocked when the bus that showed up to bring our guests to the church was a school bus. After the ceremony I called Abdul to address my concern. After speaking to him it became clear that in reality the mistake was ours, not his. We had chartered a \transit\ bus, which when you look on the website is a school bus. I wish the contract was more specific; as \school bus\ certainly would have jumped out. But live and learn. Now to the good part. With my frustration high, Abdul was calm, cool and reasonable. He immediately realized I was not happy and kicked into high gear to see what he could do. While we had to take the school bus back to the hotel, by the time we left for the reception...less than one hour later...a gleaming full scale motor coach was sitting in front of the hotel instead of a school bus. Wow! I can't thank Abdul enough for stepping up. I was thoroughly impressed. When it comes to satisfying customers in a crisis, Austin Charter Services proves that it can still be done the old fashion way...do whatever you can to make your customer happy.
