We love dogtown! All the staff are incredibly warm and friendly. Whenever we drop our dog off she is greeted with an excited staff member who makes her feel welcome and excited to come inside. We know she has so much fun at dogtown that it makes it really easy to leave her for a few days while we are out of town. I’d recommend this place to any dog parents!

Olive, our 2-year old standard poodle loves this place and so do we. We take her to Dogtown at least once a week. The staff, led by Becca and Laurie, are pleasant, helpful and genuinely caring. If you need guilt-free daycare or boarding for your pooch this is the place.
We love Austin Dogtown! Our puppy has been going for about a month now, and he LOVES it - he knows exactly where we are when we pull up and can't get in the door fast enough. We took our formerly abused (and still very timid/nervous) 6 year old to Austin Dogtown yesterday, and we were very impressed with how well it went. The 6 year old can be touchy about meeting new people and/or new pups, but the Austin Dogtown staff did a fantastic job of easing her into the day's activities. We were very appreciative of their mid-day check in, and we were amazed by how happy and relaxed our older pup looked in the photos they sent us. We'll definitely continue bringing them both to Austin Dogtown in the future, both to burn off some puppy energy and also to improve the older dog's socialization skills!
Great people all around. Super accommodating on my short notice, very attentive to the animals. Can’t thank them enough for their service. Unfortunately, my dog wasn’t a great match for their pack (he’s an 85lb German Shepard with a lot of energy and some dog to dog challenges), but they tried for three weeks to see if they could make it work. In the end we’ll have to daycare elsewhere, but I can’t speak highly enough about how understanding and willing these folks were to work with him and help us out. In addition, we had him groomed/bathed here. He looks and smells great. My bud was excited to go in the mornings, and happy and tired when I’d pick him up in the afternoon. I’m sad it didn’t work out for us, but still feel that this is an honest and great place to take your dog for daycare.
Loved this place so much. My puppy Bailey had the best haircut ever!
