Dr yium was great. The front desk gals need a better attitude. They do not give great customer service in the first place and when I just called the woman had the audacity to cut me off. It was extremely rude and unprofessional. Please give them some additional training.

Dr. is a polite patient man. I first saw him over a year ago he said I had some sinus issues in an antibiotic would help. After the course of the medicine I was still not feeling any relief migraines were getting worse and my blood pressure was rising . Had to demand to get any CAT scans or imaging done now here we are a year later and I’m fighting to get surgery done that he has told me more than once needs to be done I understand there’s a virus but yet I get a call from his doctors office and here we are he’s going to offer me the same antibiotic again to see if it relieves anything. Working with my insurance company to make sure that I don’t have to see this doctor and then I can see another Doctor Who hopefully can help me and not take a year I’ve had migraines this entire time my blood pressure has risen this is caused me multiple medical issues and I don’t feel like his office or him care about my health more than they do their co-pays .

The office experience before seeing Dr. Yium was pretty standard--the waiting room wasn't extra nice but also not at all unpleasant, and the time I waited to see the Doctor was completely acceptable. The extra, 4th stat comes from my experience with the Doctor. He was very friendly and professional, and was genuinely interested in my situation and how it was affecting me. He recommended some initial steps with a longer-term plan, with plenty of information about which steps could be skipped and which ones were more important. Overall, a great experience.

Dr Yium was very friendly and answered all of our questions. Tonsillectomy and adenoidectomy went very fast without a hitch.
