This was my first time at an ER for myself and I can't believe I'm saying this, but I couldn't have had a better experience. I had the most excellent nurse (Bonnie?) and doctor (Arturo). Bonnie had the warmest bedside manner and made sure I had everything I need and requested for, such as water and a warm blanket when I was shivering from chills. They explained everything calmly and in way that I could understand, despite initially being in a frantic and anxious state. I really appreciated the upbeat and casual convos sprinkled throughout as it served as a much welcome distraction. Within the hour I felt leaps and bounds better and I honestly really wish I happened to live closer so that I could have that peace of mind knowing that I have this place to rely on. For an emergency center things were quite calm and organized. Bonnie called to check up on me a few days later and to also tell me of my lab results and I really appreciated that. Not only did I leave feeling like a new, healthy person, I left with a lot of good resources, information, and a better feeling about these kinds of centers that I was so intimidated by.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. As I had been waiting in the drive thru line to get tested for COVID for about 20 minutes an employee walks in front of my car and places a sign with cones saying \Will Reopen @ 2pm\. This was extremely disrespectful and rude. Whoever this man was, he never acknowledged the fact that I was in line nor gave me an explanation for being cut off. I rolled down my window and said excuse me about 4 times and he never stopped to explain why he did what he did. I would be more understanding if he explained why he did what he did but that was very rude.

Exceptionally caring and attentive staff- every one from the receptionist to the nurses and the doctors! It’s not often you find such wonderful bedside manners in every staff member you encounter. Every test including X-rays and EKG were done to determine the cause of my condition and best treatment, and in a timely manner. And a very kind follow up call from the doctor the next day. Many thanks and much appreciation, sincerely, Barbara Heyl

This was my 1st visit and 1st COVID test. Everything was organized and efficient; from the arrows on the building directing you where to go, the QR Code on the A-frame and the person stopping by each of the vehicles if they were able to access the registration application. They explained the process and put me at ease. I was very happy with the visit.
