Great service from this 24hr medical center, my son sprained his hand and they took very good care of him. Very convenient to have In our Neighborhood. The reception ladies are very sweet and the nurses and doctors are very knowledgeable and very efficient. They have X-rays and other equipment. We were in and out with a full diagnosis and X-rays in record time. Also it is not very busy like a large hospital ER so safer from a COVID perspective. Great experience overall. The only issue is they charge same rates as a large hospital ER and so it not cheap. Our view is they should charge less to be competitive and make it attractive as a value proposition. A large ER has a lot more resources and they deal with a lot more serious incidents so this facility should not compare themselves in cost to the large ER practices.

For Coronavirus Testing- pull next to blue tents and wait to receive a letter to mark your place in line as well as a registration form. Once it's your turn, you will pull under the tent.
I went to get COVID tested today. Arrived a little before 8 am and left probably around 8:30 am, maybe a little before. I got to sit in my car the whole time, no appt necessary and I got a call back with the results at 11:00 am. Hallelujah, no COVID, but they detected a couple of common cold viruses and took the time to explain in detail how to cure those. Very professional group. I am glad they were recommended to me! My advice if you want the best chance for same day results is to arrive early. Doors open at 8 am for testing.

My entire experience was great. Granted I went on a Saturday night on a holiday weekend. I think I was the only patient there at the time, but either way the staff were great. From the time I checked in to the time I checked out, I was treated nicely. The nurse, PCA and doctor were all attentive. I couldn't have asked for a better experience, especially for having to go to an ER that time of night.
