I was really impressed with how at ease the staff made me feel during my visit. Not condescending the way some practitioners can make you feel. They explained things easily and also humanized my experiences to themselves. Truly good people and super smart health professionals. My only complaint is that they can’t be my general healthcare providers but it definitely puts me at ease that they are just a quick car ride away when I will need them again. They are a blessing to our South Lamar neighborhood!

Fantastic facility. I was experiencing some severe abdominal pain and the staff were incredibly validating to voice my concerns to. The doctor assigned to me listened and gave me concrete steps which I've taken and am already finding relief from. As a young woman trying to navigate the medical system I've always felt like doctors were dismissive or didn't take my concerns seriously. Not here. I left feeling like I knew how I could go about solving my long-standing issues. So a few weeks later when my boyfriend woke up green and on the brink of death we just knew we had to come back! (Ha!) He tells me the staff were just as kind and attentive. There was almost no wait time, he got to order food from Kirby Lane, and best of all, he's not in a hypoglycemic coma! Thank you to everyone who works there!! We sincerely hope we never see any of you ever again ️

I came here on a Saturday afternoon for a COVID test and there was only one car ahead of me! The nurses were very efficient getting everyone through the line. Everyone was very kind and made the experience as painless as possible. I got my results around 2 hours later.

Fast, efficient, professional and kind. But buyer beware. Charged my insurance company over 2300 for a covid test - one of the highest rates the insurance company has seen. 1977 just for the visit... which happened while I stayed in my car. I spoke to the nurse and the doctor for maybe 3 minutes each.

Two weeks ago, my girl friend got burned by hot water and we visited Austin emergency room. Doctor and staff are so nice and professional. One week ago, I brought my girlfriend to AER to have a follow up care. Doctor and staff took care of my love so nice and even waived our co-payment. I want to suggest this place for all of you if need any urgent medical help. AER should be your first choice. Staff here are professional enough to take care of you. You don't have to worry about anything! Life is critical, health is critical, safety is critical. We all need a great medical team to take care us when we need. This place should be your first place to seek help!
