By far one of the most negligent and worst electric companies I have been forced to pay for. They don't communicate with their clients what the real issue is, the olling blackout\ has left people without power for SEVEN HOURS. Thus spoiling our food while stuck with nowhere to go during this literal blizzard. At least communicate with us that this is am actual outage and not something \planned\. Because if taking power away from citizens for literal hours in hopes of reserving power seemed sound, you've cleary shot yourself in the foot, since thousands are now cold and will be blasting their heat as soon as the electric is back on.

Lied to our faces countless times during a horrific failure of our energy grid. \Please be prepared for 10-45 minute roiling blackouts\ - AE just as they shut us down for 3 straight days (and counting) in sub-freezing temps.
Absolute worst company in Texas. Shame on you. We’re on day 3 of no power and we live right next to the Samsung plant that has been running this entire time.

The first person who helped me; absolute nightmare. Literally the worst customer service experience I’ve had to date. She repeated dates back to me incorrectly and when I asked about who might help me with clearing a tree branch, she repeated herself several times explaining why she couldn’t help me (but she could have just referred me to 311...easy!) The next person I spoke to, Adrian when I called back to make sure my dates were correctly scheduled - best customer service experience EVER. So kind and so helpful! PROMOTE HER! Adrian was awesome. She made up for the poor experience and hour I had to wait holding. Maybe a lower star rate should be applied but I’m just feeling grateful for good customer service people.
