I've been pleased with my experiences with Doctor Howard. She seems very pragmatic and has been willing to take as long as needed to cover any concerns. I found her after my previous sleep doctor stopped seeing patients and moved to research. There aren't that many neurologists in town for handling narcolepsy cases and I think Dr. Pamela Howard is a pretty good choice. My only issue is it is pretty much impossible to get through to the office to speak with a live person for much of anything other than appointment scheduling. Unlike other reviewers, I have not had problems with the front staff, nor have I seen any rudeness from them.

After 6 days of asking for a simple signature of doctor to be faxed for a DOT physical prescription clearance, and denied working because of it, there are still no answers as to why the slowness. Maybe these people don't care about my livelihood...but I do. I am contacting the Texas Medical Board for complaint.

Personnel including accounting folks often not available. They don't return phone calls. Perscription sent to wrong parmacy despite my miltiple attempts to correct.

If you want to be ripped off every time you go in to a doctor it’s a perfect place for you to go. Front desk women finds a different previously unknown charge to hit you up with and she won’t let you speak to the doctor unless you pay up. A real ripoff place. Don’t go !!!
