Terrible. Changed owners in mid 2019 now goes by the name 'Phenomenal' party rental. Known to be phenomenally unprofessional and unorganized. If you use this company to save a little cash, be prepared for extra stress. 1st, the owner Nina refuses to speak to or work with a man because 'men just can't take directions'. Insisted that a female take the phone and attend all pick ups and deliveries. 2nd issue is follow through. Nina told us to meet her at 4pm 3 days prior to the wedding to pick up supplies. Called at 4 to tell us she doesn't have them yet, and could we come at 5 instead? We arrived at 5 and she had forgotten. Send her husband running to get them in 5 o clock traffic. By 530 she realized that she'd be in our area the day before the wedding so she could drop them off at no charge (why we would pay her to deliver after she wasted our afternoon waiting around to pick them up her is beyond me). Lo and behold at the end of that day, she notifies us that she cant drop them off anymore and has us meet her at a gas station to get them. We loaded up the car up and asked twice, is that everything? Are you sure? 4 hours later she realizes she didn't give us everything and no, she cannot deliver this time either, but we should be 'grateful' due to the great deal she gave us. At this time she also threatened that if anything was scratched we'd be liable for the replacement of an entire set because pieces can't be bought individually. (False, and this is nowhere in the contract). When I requested delivery for the final missing pieces she told me I was 'really putting a damper on her day' and pretended to not know where the wedding location was even though the day prior she talked my ear off about an event she'd been to at the exact site. Upon returning the equipment she said there were water spots and she would need to discuss the consequential extra charges (not in contract) with her husband. Need I say any more?

Company Is a joke booked and paid Nina in full for my wedding last weekend and i just found out they are out of business and they have taken off with almost 5,000 that I paid them for my rentals for my wedding and they will not return calls or emails and have gone by the building and looks like they have not been there for a while talked to the management office for the building and they told me that the company hasn't paid there rent an have been locked out for a while and they cant even get them to return there calls now the day before my big day im scrambling to find a rental place that can do it all on such short notice Nina was vary eager to get my wedding booked and help me out with my rental needs and after i booked and gave her a check for payment she changed she was rude hard to reach i could never reach her at the store im also fining out that many of the items i rented and paid for they didn't even have what a joke of a company and the owners should be ashamed of them self's im hoping they will do the right thing and give me a full re fund but doesn't look like it will happen so im likely taking them to court I hoping this doesn't happen to anyone else

Excellent service! Helped me out when I was in a bind. Had tables and chairs reserved with another company but I couldn't get a hold of them to confirm pick up. Went to United Rent-all the day before my event and they were able to help me out! They have a customer for life!!
