Austin Physical Therapy, is on , today I saw my family. Ms. Pegah was there to welcome me in and we started on deep tissue massage so the glut muscel which was soar, would not be in pain or tense. So after that area was tended to, she reassured me that the exercises that we would do would help the area even more to become, the free range motion in my leg that I was used to. After exercises, my bro Tim stepped in to help out with doing the T.E.N.S unit, we always build a conversation that passes the time and not focus on the negative( the pain) and begin to focus on adapting positive thoughts of truth to my soul and mind so the thoughts begin to intertwine themselves with my person and produce a relaxation that stimulates healing all over my body. Like my boy Tim says, you become what you think.
For all of the energy it takes to grit their teeth at the Austin Physical Therapy, and be kind to those who are ugly to them, or at the front counter, or back in the therapy area God bless you. It takes supernatural strength to be weak enough to be strong. Because whatever a man sows that is what he will reap. I declare that Austin Physical Therapy personell from executives to CEO, to Clerical, to specialist, will receive a promotion, and increase. It WILL be spread to everyone who has labored tirelessly.
