I lived in property managed by APT for a little over 2 years and I have to say it was the best rental experience I've had in my many years of renting. The staff was always kind, responsive, and although I only had a few maintenance requests they were handled very quickly. We had issues with AC and a leak when we first moved in and they sent people out right away. In other places where I've had that we had to find other places to stay for a week or longer until it was fixed and the issues were always ongoing. I also had pets and I felt they were quite reasonable with handling pets in a rental property. Thanks APT!

I had an insane experience during the Covid summer of 2020. I will spare many of the details, but as it pertains to Austin Property Team, they did everything that they were supposed to do, and helped me to resolve a terrible situation without unnecessary stress. I am grateful to their responsiveness and understanding through the whole experience.
I moved down here from Cincinnati to Georgetown Texas for a job. I was unable to come down to see the property myself so I had a realtor coming view the property and she sent me back pictures. When I moved into the property it was nice and clean and very well kept. Whenever I had a need for maintenance they were on time and very polite. Sad to say I had a new job south of Boston and I had to move. I would have stayed with the same company but they did not have a site for me to move into in the location I needed. I would have stayed if I did not have to move because they were polite and courteous and very responsive when I needed help.
Very pleased so far with Brent and the whole team! Very easy to communicate with, responsive and professional.
Don't bother with them. Although we offered more money and proved ourselves worthy to be good tenants, we were rejected because of incredibly light dog damage to a previous place. If you have a dog, just forget about this place and anything they offer.
