This place is great. I’ve been working with Dana with tendon issues in my ankle and I can feel the resolution of stiffness and mobility with each session. Really appreciate her knowledge and experience. I now have optimism about my recovery/ prognosis.

I had a fantastic experience with Quinton at this practice. I went in for nerve pain, not entirely sure that PT could help. But after 6 weeks, my pain was almost entirely gone, and several months later it hasn’t returned! Quinton is extremely knowledgeable, patient, and kind. He is clearly passionate about what he does and about helping people feel better. I can’t recommend him enough!

A few sessions with Quentin and the pain that had been plaguing me for years was gone! I love their hands-on approach and adaptability. Quentin never fails to treat whatever has popped up during the week as well as keep me on a schedule towards healing for my main shoulder issue. I would 100% recommend sending anyone I know to Austin PT. I only wish I had started going sooner.

I feel very lucky that I was able to find Quinton and Austin PT following my reconstructive ankle surgery last year. When I first visited their office I hadn't walked in over a month and a half, could barely move my ankle, and was apprehensive to begin physical therapy given my state. However, my worries were unfounded because my experience here couldn't have been better. Quinton was very attentive, listened to my concerns, and was able to come up with a detailed plan to get me back on my feet. We used multiple techniques including pool therapy, massage, stretching, and strengthening exercises that have restored range of motion and allowed me to begin walking again. In addition to working together at their office, he came up with multiple take-home workout routines that have allowed me to continue working on my recovery even when I wasn't there in person. I'm very grateful for the help Quinton was able to provide and I would recommend Austin PT to any of my friends or family who are in need of physical therapy.

Highly recommend. I never thought I would be a good candidate for PT, but I am so grateful I found Austin PT. I went in because I was having sharp pains in my leg & hip during exercise. After seeing an orthopedic doctor and getting absolutely no answers as to what could be going wrong (with X-rays and poking/prodding), I was told to try physical therapy. Couldn’t have had a better first time experience. Quinton was extremely thorough, from the beginning to the end. I was given multiple options for treatment, including massage, stretches, strengthening exercises, dry needling, and take-home stretches/exercise routines. The dry needling was especially helpful, as it provided pretty immediate release of muscle tension. I really enjoyed that Quinton took the time to actually teach me about the anatomy/biomechanics behind my condition and how each exercise would help to correct it. We focused on proper form in running and weight lifting/body weight exercises- tips I have been able to apply even now that my treatment is over. After only about 6 weeks of 1xweek visits, I am back to my regular physical activities with little to no discomfort (my condition was probably more on the minor side). I will 100% come back to Austin PT in the future and highly recommend Quinton to friends/family, or anyone!
