great experience with Dr Andreo. Horrible experience with their billing department, demanded a large payment up from myself, however the insurance has since covered the claim. I have been calling for months and have been receiving the run around. I would not recommend coming here due to their billing department. Update: 12 March 2020, Austin Regional Clinic has still not refunded 835 they over charged me 2 October 2019. This has been a horrible experience with this company. I will never do business with them again and I advise others to do the same.

I've been having problems with my hip and it has gotten progressively worse. My PCP referred me to Michael Andreo and I'm so glad that he did. The staff is amazing, they need to have their own comedy show, very relaxing environment. Dr. Andreo explained my options and he listened, he didn't push immediate surgery or medications. Unfortunately I will have to go back, but I know that I will be in the best hands!

ARC does a great job. Only downside was paying to park. Having to pay to park to see a Dr is ridiculous. And it should have been validated by ARC, but there are signs stating their lease does not cover it. Well in my opinion it should.
