Don’t recommend you here get real doctors going to a family group doctors, ARC has to many clowns making believe they know what they are doing. Go get real doctors. This is sad they are not Costomer service oriented ! Did had good experience once time ago, but it was not an urgent issue as I had the last time. When 3 times just to be told by a DOCTOR my pain has NO CURE, sciatic pain ! And they call themselves doctors ! Really ? Owners answer is not real I still on heavy pain now I walk with help, life just got worse, but still looking for a sires place so sad to say haven’t found on. I really hope to be able to get a layer to look in to this issue.

Highly recommend Dr. Dana Garcia, however, avoid calling for anything as you might be on hold forever. You can manage appointments and request prescription refills in the online portal.

30 plus minute wait times to talk to a human on the phone. Take weeks to get back to online scheduling requests. Could never talk to a doctor after initial visit, had to use a nurse as an intermediary which led to poor, drawn out communication for weeks over something that could have been handled in a single phone call.

I had a horrible experience getting my mammogram at ARC on South 1st. Because I'm deaf, I needed to get an sign language interpreter. The whole time I was there, with the interpreter, the technologist was completely rude to us, kept asking me why I needed the interpreter. She actually got upset with the interpreter for ... interpreting what she was saying - you know, doing her job. She'd make sarcastic comments and roll her eyes at us. It was a bizarre experience, and it being a mammogram just made it worst. I ended up having to walk out of the appointment which is something I've never had to do. I shared my concerns with one of the managers there; she said that the manager for the technologist wasn't available but they'd call me because I wasn't sure if they got everything they needed (and an apology from the technologist and a reassurance she wouldn't do this again would be nice). Well, I never got that phone call. Disappointing.
