I saw Dr. Scupmia a few times. She has the emotional range of a stone. She wants to book 2 more appointments and sell you supplements at 3x the cost. She may be the best in thyroid treatment but its not worth it. Her and her staff are HORRID.

I am so thankful to God for being referred to Dr. Simone Scumpia. There are so many answers that I have gotten concerning what is going on with me. No other doctor has been so thorough. It is a fast moving place, however that does not move me. Again what moves me is how they work to get to the root of the issue and get you to the right doctors and places to get the job done. Dr. Scumpia is more than happy to get you the results you deserve. I have been trying to get answers concerning my body for over 5 years. Dr. Scumpia please keep doing what you are doing.

FIND A BETTER DOCTOR Went in with my girlfriend for her symptoms that seemed to be along the lines of hypothyroidism. The nurse was incredibly abrasive. Doctor was 10 times worse. No bedside manner for my girlfriend with extreme depression. I cannot speak to the quality of care given there as she received none. After receiving negative test results and maybe hoping she would atleast have a step 2 or a referral we were met with quote: \I don't know what you want me to do!\ We left there with my girlfriend in tears with no other options or recommendations. FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE This woman needs a hug I don't know who did her wrong but she's taking it out on people who just need help and maybe a tiny bit of compassion.

Dr scumpia will not see you and if she does she will not talk to you, care about your questions or look at your face. She will be in and out in a rush because she has more \clients\ that 1 doctos can see. All she care is about your

If I could give this company negative stars I would. My experience with them was beyond awful. First they push an extremely unhealthy weight loss food. When you meet with dr. Scumpia she forces you to see a dietician who is there to push this weight loss product. They only do printed tests results and charge patients 25 to get copies of it. I had to do a routine ultrasound of my thyroid in Oct. But I did not feel comfortable doing it because of covid. By Dec. I received mail saying they dropped me as a client because I didn't get the ultrasound that was elective. I had an appointment with doctor at their practice in Sept and they still dropped me. I also had to fight with front desk staff to get a televisit because I did not feel comfortable going in. When I called to complain about being dropped as a client the office manager was horrendous. He said that it was my fault that I was dropped because \I didn't want to take care of myself.\ He also said he \didn't understand why I wouldn't want to come in the office during the pandemic because they have hundreds of patients that go in everyday.\ Also be aware that they perform tests on you without explaining what they are. They shuffle you into rooms and make you do breathing tests and some sort of ultrasound. They didn't explain them well and another doctor said the tests were not relevant medically. Beware they may charge you out of pocket for these tests if your insurance doesn't cover them or you have a deductible. They are seriously only in it for the money.
