We recently had hardwood floors installed in our upstairs along with carpeting on the stairs. I LOVE the finished result. We've replaced floors in several houses over the years and when our last installer was no longer available, I found Michael at the Burnet location. His recommendations were spot on, his prices very competitive (actually, best I found for the materials and install), and his crew was great. Highly recommend!

We could not have picked a better group of people to work with than Austin Floor Store. Jackie and Micheal are both helpful, knowledgeable and a joy to work with. They explained everything about the different types of wood floors. We had some delays in the kitchen cabinet build that forced rescheduling but they were always patient and ready to go when we were. The team of 4 installers they have are also top shelf. They came in and demo'd the old tile incredibly fast. What I thought would take a week to demo and install, took less than two full days. Dollar for dollar it was the best value of our entire remodel.
