Kind customer service, great selection. Since they sale off their floor you don't have to worry if the item you are looking for is out of stock or not, it also means there is a potential that you can either walk away with your furniture immediately or have it delivered that day. The store itself does not offer delivery but they allow some of their staff to do deliveries on their own time. I like this because it means the money I pay for them to deliver the item goes straight into the pocket of the person doing the heavy lifting.

Totally Affordable!! I was able to find 2 beds, a couch, and dining ser for under 2000. That is unheard of!! In -house delivery too!!
The staff was super friendly, but did not hover while shopping. They have a very fast response time via phone and email. Delivery was on time, and the guys were friendly and professional. They have a great selection! I purchased a couch and two bar stools, all of which are in fantastic condition and priced well!
Alot of Ashley furniture cheaper than Ashley home store. Bit some haggling a** sales people. Comfortable environment and HELPFUL staff. (Not overbearing)
