Best mobility store in Austin, wide collections and great service.
We received our Pride Go Go Scooter this week and we are very, very pleased with it. My Husband has difficulty walking so it is perfect for our needs both inside and outside. With dealing with Charles we found him very accommodating and he full filled the purchase in a wonderful way. Shipment was timely with excellent packing. Without question, we would highly recommend Charles and the Pride Scooters.

I just ordered a beautiful mobility scooter from Charles at this store in Austin. The customer service was over the top! He went above and beyond the normal. I had called a mobility place in Florida, and because of their lack of customer care, I just made up my mind to contact someone else, and that’s when I came across this company and this person. He took time with me. He did some research on my old scooter that I thought I could repair. He helped me choose the right one for me based on my needs. I am so happy to have found him. What a great experience!
