Dr. Wong is so very personable and her staff is friendly. The office is always clean (including the restroom!) with stylish-yet-comfortable decor and seating. If you're a person with an aversion to dentists, give Dr. Wong a try!

Been going here for a year-- I dropped into the city with no idea where to go and I'm lucky I came here. The staff is very friendly and professional, especially during the pandemic. Dr. Wong took the time to help me understand my insurance, my dental health, and oral surgery because I have to get my wisdom teeth out. The practice is super clean and they have video monitors if you're the type to get nervous at the dentist. I'm especially happy that during the pandemic, all the staff are taking the necessary steps to protect themselves and customers from Covid. Definitely would recommend to others to come in and see them.

Front desk wasn’t helpful & waisted my time driving from south Austin to north Austin just to tell me I have to pay out of pocket when I clearly gave them my insurance when I set up the appointment. Bad experience overall
