Sweet spot In my few experiences. Today, a metal band in the next room was pretty darn loud when we weren't playing. But once we started, I couldn't hear em at all.

Had a lockout room here for years, and it's an okay place to rehearse when the A/C actually works. I don't even know how many times we had to complain for management to fix it before inevitably finding our room blazing hot in the middle of summer with no A/C again. New management at the time didn't care about longtime tenants, so I gave up and went to MusicLab.

Providing a solid service for musicians needing rehearsal space. The smaller room we rented was reasonably priced, had air conditioning and a bathroom, small PA that was enough to get the job done, although it could have used some maintenance. Will certainly use this facility again.

I wish there were more places like it in Austin. That being said my experience there hasn't been great. Alot of things to improve on to make it a more community focused place.

This place is awesome! The rooms all have equipment in them and are good sized rooms. They're also DIRT CHEAP.
