Recently took some jerseys here. What spoke volumes was the customer service and attention detail to detail. We worked with Trey who helped out with color and design for the printing. Gave us great advice for different ways it could be done and cost effective vs the more professional look. We had our logo that we designed but their team made a few tweaks to go from our amateur look to professional. We have even had people ask if we were a professional team! It did not stop there. We paid less than we expected. I typically expect to pay more for great customer service. To top it off we brought in the wrong size of jersey. They printed everything on the wrong size jersey. This was completely my fault. Yet they took the blame and covered the new jersey to be printed on. Even after I said I should pay not them. But alas, they covered it. These are the traits of a great company. Bat City Awards and Apparel has my loyalty and I’m referring everyone there.

I had no experience ordering branded materials. A friend recommended I contact Bat City as her company used them for corporate awards and knew they were kind of a \one-stop shop\. I was floored by their attention to detail and degree of customer service. My logo sucks - no problem they fixed it. I have no idea what style of shirts to order - they provide multiple options within my budget and target market. I have a relatively quick turnaround - they expedite printing to meet my date and even found promotional products that could be rushed without surcharges. My accounting department usually takes a while to cut a check - they allowed billing terms with laborious paperwork. Bat City treated my dilemma like it was their own and asked questions to access the best route to service my needs. I didn't feel like I was blindly making selections on things I was ill-prepared. I don't anticipate having frequent demands for their services, but I will definitely be sending any business and referrals their way that I can. Thank you Bat City!
