Updating my review: Staff remains awesome, helpful,, and friendly. Food quality has slipped, and security is out of control. I understand the need to wear masks with the current pandemic, but to separate families and children to maintain 6 foot distance is ridiculous. We share the same living space and we traveled in the same car, what good does it do to insist on spacing within a familial unit? On top if being uninformed for the actual regulations, the security staff was rude and unaccommodating. Won't be back anytime soon.
Went to play and told me for 20 I could play 20 and I paid. Was told only 2 games had been played and found out ONLY 2 games remained! Would not give me a refund!! My friend won a 500 bingo with 3 others but Management decided that it was only a 100 bingo and gave them only 25 each! They were also to get a raffle ticket for a 4000 pay out but they decided not to give them an entry because only one couldt get it AND NOW they have lowered the raffle to 2000. Everyone is complaining but management decided they'd rather lose the business than be fair in their dealings. If you decide to go beware of your money!!!
I took my husband, daughter and mother in law. We played both sessions and it was fun. It was only 5 per session on computer. Will definitely go back. Kids must be 7 and older and be playing. They do sell food and drinks.
