Devin is incredible! We had a partnership with 24 members that needed to be dissolved and absorbed into two new companies, a series LLC and a C corp. I can't tell you how grateful I am that we hired Devin. We were being sued by a subcontractor for lack of payment on a job I had to hire another company to come finish. They wanted more than 100k. Scared, I called Devin who has helped me in the past. We not only won but he got the judge to make them pay for our attorney fees and pay us for the delays. Instead of being out 100k we got them to pay for the other contractor's work too. Crazy good. He's my lawyer for life.
