This is The Best Dealership I have found I was looking for service for my 5 series out of my local area after bad service and came upon this dealership. Then noticed the specials and current stock....I clicked the interested button and within 30 minutes I was contacted. The next day I arrived to be greeted by Christophe Joly with refreshments and a fully prepped vehicle to test drive. Gave him the keys to my trade in and that was that. No pressure. He gave me a tour of this place which is very much setup Like the BMW plant in Munich Germany Every aspect of this car buying experience was so effortless, it made up for the horrible experience I had to endure in Temple. Christophe and the team (it is the A team!) is the very Best! This place is also the one stop shop. Their goal is to make sure your time is valued. Thank you! P.S. I brought my vehicle in for a scheduled oil change Saturday 2/20/21. The staff working in the vehicle drop off area were very friendly. I was greeted immediately and received a clean loaner with no delays. Shortly after, a text message with a link to the video inspection process was sent. I really liked that. The work was completed in about an hour. Picking up my vehicle and returning the loaner went smoothly. The following day, Sunday I started hearing a rattling noise. It sounded like something was rolling around in the cup holder or door pockets. I searched all over but found nothing. Finally I looked under the hood a found a socket extension left in the engine cabin. I can't believe this didn't dent the vehicle upon closing the hood. I hate to think what damage this could have caused if it had come into contact with running engine parts. I would have hoped the mechanic would inventory tools before closing the hood. Guess not
I had a great experience at BMW of South Austin. I saw a pre-owned car online, and Ruben in sales emailed specific photos before my arrival. After purchasing the car, I noticed a few things that were overlooked and needed to be addressed. I contacted Ruben about the items, and management resolved all of them. Ruben came in on his day off to ensure everything was completed to my satisfaction when I picked up the car. The professionalism was top notch. The integrity of this dealership is worth repeated business. I would highly recommend this dealership and Ruben.
I highly recommend BMW of S. ATX! They serviced my E60 550i, and recently, when I bought a new 2020 G30, Mike C. in service took care of my x-Drive like it was his own. Made sure I was happy with the tint and detail and he walked the car with me to be sure everything was Perfect. Great dealership! Ask for Mike Caligiuri in service.
