the parking spaces are TOO SMALL ! you have a brewery, a bar with alcohol and live music, and a karaoke bar that serves alcohol within 50 feet of each other. put that together with spaces large enough to fit a motorcycle ; and your vehicle doors are getting dinged to DEATH !
